We are from out of state and the staff was amazing. They were extremely friendly and helpful. They were very fair priced. Would definitely recommend them in your time of need.

Update: The store manager offered to remedy the situation by getting the tires I had ordered in as soon as possible (later the same week) and has personally handled scheduling the installation. I would advise people who want a specific tire and are considering ordering from the general Schwab website to call or stop in their local store instead. It is baffling the "parent" website prompts you to schedule the installation without a mechanism that ensures your local store will have your tires. Schwab continues to bait and switch. You order the tires you want online, Schwab confirms the tires and price, and when you show up for your installation they don't have your tires and of course offer their house brand aka "a Cooper tire". The promise of free rotation, road hazard, etc. is not worth the games.

First, the individuals working were polite and no interactions were negative. But I waited 2hrs for a scheduled oil change and tire rotation. Zero communication or apology. I had to ask if the wait time was normal to get an explanation of people calling out. This is the second time I've been to this location and waited a ridiculous amount of time. The oil change was $125. For just an oil change, which I was not given a quote or estimate for ahead of time. I assumed they'd be close to the dealerships charges but they were $25 over it and that doesn't include all the other checks and top offs that are included at any oil change place and the dealership. I went because I could get my tire rotation annotated and thought it'd be more convenient to do it all at one place. But its worth driving the extra few minutes to Valvaline.

We messed up our DIY installation of a trailer tire and Les Schwab of Philomath got us in right away (mid road trip) repaired our bolt, and mounted our spare on. No charge, quick service, lovely people. Clean bathrooms, fresh popcorn, AC. The kids had a lovely experience while us adults kicked ourselves for our silly mistake. I do recommend this business for their quality service!
